1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide at enrollment (name, email address, country, and billing details processed by our payment provider), support correspondence, and activity within our educational platform such as module completion and session attendance.
2. How we use information
We use your information to deliver the program you purchased, issue access instructions, provide mentorship and support, track your learning progress, process payments and refunds, and send service announcements about your program.
3. Payment data
Card and banking details are collected and processed by our payment provider. TopTier Academy does not store full payment card numbers.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — payment processing, email delivery, course and community hosting, video hosting, and analytics — and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We retain enrollment and billing records as required for accounting and legal purposes, and learning records for the duration of your access period plus a reasonable archival period.
6. Your choices
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@toptieracademy.com. Deleting enrollment data may end access to your program.
7. Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies for site functionality and may use analytics cookies to understand how pages are used.
