Terms of Service
These terms describe what TopTier Academy sells, how enrollment and access work, and the limits of what we promise.
This document is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Have counsel review it before publishing.
1. What we provide
TopTier Academy sells educational programs consisting of digital curriculum, written and recorded resources, live educational sessions, mentorship access (where included in the purchased program), and access to a moderated student community. The deliverables for each program are listed on the corresponding program page and are the complete description of what a student receives.
2. Enrollment and payment
Enrollment is completed through our checkout. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged as a one-time enrollment payment unless an installment arrangement is agreed in writing. Enrollment is personal to the student and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
3. Access and delivery
Access instructions are sent by email to the address provided at enrollment. Access lasts for the period stated on the purchased program page. Live sessions run on a published schedule; schedules may change, and recordings are provided where a session cannot be attended.
4. Upgrades
Students may upgrade to a higher program tier at any time by paying the difference between the two program prices. Access to the higher tier begins once the upgrade payment is completed.
5. Acceptable use
Course materials, recordings, and resources are licensed for personal educational use only. Students may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, or share their access credentials or program materials. Abusive conduct toward mentors, instructors, staff, or other students may result in removal from the community and program without refund.
6. No guarantees
TopTier Academy provides education, mentorship, and resources. We do not guarantee any specific financial, professional, academic, or personal outcome. Nothing in our programs constitutes personalized financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. Individual results vary based on effort, background, and other factors outside our control.
7. Changes to programs
We may update, improve, or replace curriculum modules and resources during your access period. We may adjust session schedules and mentor assignments. Material reductions in included deliverables will be communicated to affected students.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopTier Academy's total liability arising out of or related to a program is limited to the amount paid by the student for that program.
